Whether you're an astronomy enthusiast or just looking for something new and exciting to do, preparing properly can help ensure that your viewing experience of the upcoming solar eclipse goes smoothly
We went to visit some friends who were more in the path of totality in 2017. It was a very amazing experience. This year, we should be able to see it from the deck at my deceased in-law's cabin much closer to home. In 2017, I thought it was going to be a long time before the next one. I was surprised to learn of this year's. However, miss this one and it appears that it would be 20 years before the next one. At our ages today, that would make my husband and I - 90 and 88. Not a certainty but still we can hope we are still around then.

Yes, a thrice in a lifetime experience, if I make it to 77. :) or in 1,040 weeks. It will go fast.
